This product series is specially designed for removing the harmful iron mixed in the magnetic ores with 10% operating shift rate. When in operation, the unit will be suspended over the conveyer belt matched with powered cart and metal detector, adopting PC program control commutation equipment. The harmful iron pieces will be removed from the magnetic ores on the conveyer through the procedure of detecting, holding the materials, picking up the materials, iron removing and recovering, meanwhile, the held magnetic ores will auto fed back to the conveyer for recovery.
It is suitable for removing the iron magnetic foreign articles in the magnetite, sintered ores and ball ores. If there is still non-magnetic iron pieces in the ores (high manganese steel), it is suitable to arrange one more metal detector behind the separator, through detecting, warning, locating, thus the iron pieces will be picked up manually after the equipment is stopped.
