GJK Program Control Cabinet for Auto Ore Recovery Type Metal Detector which consist of rectifier control unit and operation box shall be combined with separator RCDP to detect and remove metals from magnetic materials. The program and time setting are controlled by PC; the rectifier power can be adjusted continuously by controllable silicon on the site. So it is convenient to mount and test them and their working performance is reliable and stable.

Matched Metal Detector and Signal Interface List
Notes: 1. Iron Detecting & Removing in the column of Interface Signal refers to detecting iron pieces from magnetic materials. Metal Detecting & Removing refers to detecting magnetic metal (like iron pieces) as well as non magnetic metal (like high manganese steel) from magnetic materials. Magnetic material can be removed automatically by separator itself while the non-magnetic metal can only be removed manually after stopping the belt.
2. The interface of signal is passive contact. They are normally a pair of passive open contacts at the interface except that of ‘Belt Stop’ which has both open and closed passive contacts.
Pattern Selection & Attention Items: Provided with Ore Auto Recovery Iron Separator, in principle, the max. cold-state power consumption of the matched separator shall be no more than the rated output power of the equipment.
