Four coils shall be installed along wide sides of mould. With combination of traveling magnetic field. rotation, acceleration & deceleration of molten steel can be achieved.
Strand-EMS for slab
IN-ROLL EMS ( roller type )
EMS has the same sizes of the roller, installed face to face along the strand (2 paires of 1 pair) instead of existing rollers.The casing is made of special stainless steel. Stirring freq is 2 ~ 5Hz.
